With a Master’s degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry, Thierry brings over 25 years of management experience in the Contract Manufacturing Industry. Prior to ABL, Thierry held several general management positions in international contexts and in competitive markets (life sciences, pharmaceuticals, bio-pharmaceuticals and cosmetics). He was Business Unit Director and then General Manager at Ajinomoto-OmniChem, President of Novasep Synthesis and more recently President and CEO of the End Market Division at Minafin Group.  Thierry delivered turnaround performance results and long-term strategy with an emphasis on customers satisfaction.
