Estelle brings over 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resources.

Prior to joining ABL, Estelle held HR Head positions in several international companies (FMCGs, Pharma Industry, Service, Retail) at national, regional and global levels.

She has expertise in both strategic and operational Business Partnering, International Human Resources Management in Multi-site/Multi-country environments and is specialized in Organization Review, Performance Management, Training and Development and Executive Committee Support.

Estelle holds a double Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Strasbourg and the Strasbourg School of Management, as well as a Master’s degree in Work and Organizational Psychology. More recently, in 2020, she has obtained her Coach certification for organization.
