ABL offers a one-stop-shop opportunity to support your viral vector programs, through the supply of both drug substance and drug product clinical material.

We offer aseptic liquid filling in vials from our Rockville (US), Lyon (France) and Strasbourg (France) sites.

Upon request we also perform Fill & Finish as a stand-alone service for your other biological products.

Our aseptic Fill & Finish capacities can be adapted according to your needs:

Lyon

We perform manual filling with quantities up to 500 vials per batch

STRASBOURG

  • We are equipped with an automated filling machine installed within an isolator
  • The line speed is 3,000 vials per hour
  • With a capacity up to 10,000 vials per batch
  • We perform visual inspection, GMP release and stability testing

ROCKVILLE

  • We are equipped with an automated machine installed within a grade A Restricted Access Barrier System (RABS)
  • The line speed is 540 to 1200 vials per hour depending upon fill configuration
  • Standard materials include Type 1 borosilicate glass and Crystal Zenith® vials
    (in 2 mL and 5 mL size with rubber stoppers and tear off aluminum seals)
  • In-line weight checks on every vial
  • QC and AQL inspection
